How much does it cost to rent faux flowers in San Antonio?
Premade centerpieces start at $39 each. A greenery arch is $345, the full Camilla ceremony set is $1,450, and a flower wall starts at $349. All prices include delivery, professional setup, and breakdown. San Antonio minimum order is $300. Custom color centerpieces are available at a higher price point — contact us for a quote.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Premade arrangements can be booked as little as one day before your event — as long as your date is available. Custom color combinations require approximately 2 months advance notice to create properly.
Do faux flowers look real in photos?
Yes — premium faux flowers are virtually indistinguishable from fresh in photographs. They also hold their shape and color all day in San Antonio heat, unlike fresh flowers that can wilt within a few hours.
What areas do you serve?
We serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Austin. We travel up to 120 miles for events. A travel fee starting at $200 applies for venues more than 25 miles away. Minimum orders apply for out-of-area events.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event. Cancellations forfeit the deposit, but rescheduling to a new date is always free of charge.
Can I customize the flower colors?
Absolutely — all arrangements can be customized in any color palette with approximately 2 months advance notice. Our premade inventory in standard colors is available immediately for last-minute bookings.
Do you offer DIY packages?
Yes! DIY packages are available on select arrangements including arches, centerpieces, and bouquets — perfect if you want to handle setup yourself. Contact us at (210) 920-4003 for details and pricing.
Can I get a custom arrangement in a specific color or style?
Yes — we can create custom arrangements in any color palette or style to match your event perfectly. Custom orders do cost a little more than our premade inventory and are not available last-minute. We need a minimum of 8 weeks before your event to source the materials and complete production. The earlier you reach out, the more time we have to make it exactly right.
What is the difference between premade and custom arrangements?
Premade arrangements are ready to rent right now — available as soon as your date is open, at our listed prices (centerpieces start at $39 each). Custom arrangements are made specifically for you in your chosen colors and style — they cost a bit more and require at least 8 weeks notice. Both options include professional delivery, setup, and breakdown.
