Faux flower rentals from Flower Rent & Co start at $39 for centerpieces. A full ceremony arch starts at $895. The full Floral Full Arch ceremony set with 8 floor arrangements is $1,450. All rentals include delivery, setup, and breakdown.
Do you serve weddings in Austin and New Braunfels?
Yes! We serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Austin. We travel up to 120 miles. A travel fee applies for venues more than 25 miles from San Antonio, quoted individually with your proposal.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Premade arrangements can be booked as little as one day before your event, subject to availability. Custom color combinations require approximately 2 months advance notice.
Do faux flowers look real in photos?
Yes — premium faux flowers are virtually indistinguishable from fresh in photographs. They also hold their shape and color all day in San Antonio heat, unlike fresh flowers which can wilt within hours.
What is the deposit policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before your event. Rescheduling is free of charge.
Can I customize the flower colors?
Yes! All arrangements can be customized in any color palette with approximately 2 months advance notice. Premade arrangements in our standard colors are available immediately.
Do you offer DIY packages?
Yes — DIY packages are available on select arrangements including arches, centerpieces, and bouquets. Contact our team at (210) 920-4003 for details.
Can I get a custom arrangement in a specific color or style?
Yes — we can create custom arrangements in any color palette or style. Custom orders cost a little more than premade inventory and require a minimum of 8 weeks before your event for sourcing materials and production. They cannot be last-minute bookings.
What is the difference between premade and custom arrangements?
Premade arrangements are ready to rent now at listed prices (centerpieces from $39 each). Custom arrangements are made to your exact specifications — specific colors, flowers, or styles — and cost a bit more with at least 8 weeks notice required.
